Games view should allow listing, editing and creating Game items.
It should also "localize" RuleSet enum values into their textual representations (as written by human - i.e DoubleElimination turns into Double Elimination, etc.)
When creating or editing, fields to set S1Groups and S1GroupAdvances should be hidden by default, unless the field S2RuleSet has a ruleset selected.
